Personal data provided is used to: (a) manage membership and corresponding fees; (b) process one-time donations; (c) send communications related to Unaria's activities (where consent exists); (d) comply with legal and tax obligations. Unaria does NOT share your data with partner NGOs. The NGOs' relationship is solely and exclusively with Unaria as an entity.

3. Legal basis

Performance of a contractual relationship (membership registration), compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, the data subject's explicit consent.

4. Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the membership and, subsequently, for legally required periods (minimum 5 years for accounting records).

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to unariabcn@gmail.com, attaching a copy of your identity document. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. IBAN security

Bank details (IBAN) are stored encrypted with AES-256 and are never transmitted in plaintext. They are used solely to process the authorised SEPA direct debit.
